NSW Council for Civil Liberties is horrified by the Minns Government policy to tighten NSW bail laws for young people.  Tightening bail laws to keep children and young people locked up hasn’t worked in a single place it’s been tried. Prisons are no place for young people, this policy is a big step backwards for criminal justice in NSW.
