NSW Council for Civil Liberties - 60 Years Strong!

Join us to kick off our 60th anniversary year and help to shape the future and grow the Council.

Founded in 1963, the NSW Council for Civil Liberties is one of Australia's most progressive human rights and civil liberties organisations. Coming off the back of a very successful 2022, the Council and our members are busier than ever.  We defend human rights, monitor and fight against infringement of civil liberties and the abuse of power by government, its agencies and big business.

In this, our 60th year, we will run a series of events to connect and mobilise our activist base, to continue to challenge and hold government and corporations to account and to celebrate the extraordinary contribution of the Council members and supporters over the decades.

You're invited to join us, in an informal setting to start this big year. Our work simply couldn't happen without our wonderful members and supporters. I look forward to seeing you there.

Thanks, as always,

Josh Pallas

President
