NSW Council for Civil Liberties' Pauline Wright says a new taxpayer-funded government video "fell well short of the mark" through its use of a confusing milkshake and taco analogy to discuss the idea of consent. "I think it's really important people do have that conversation... this video could have been helpful if it had been done well and appropriately," she said. "Analogy can work if it's done well... but it's got to be a clear and appropriate analogy and in this case... it fell well short of the mark."
